摘　　要：采用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法,对里约奥运会女排决赛的中国队和塞尔维亚队的实际情况和在比赛中的具体数据进行技术统计,并对比分析中国女排相对于塞尔维亚女排的优势和劣势,及中国女排夺冠制胜因素,就其弱势方面提出建议,旨在为中国女排今后的训练提供参考。By using the methods of video observation, mathematical statistics and literature, this paper doestechnical statistics of the actual situation and the specific data for the Chinese team and the Serbia team in the RioOlympic woman＇ s volleyball finals and comparative analyzes the advantages and disadvantages between theChinese women＇ s volleyball team and the Serbian women＇ s volleyball team, finds out the winning factors ofChinese women＇ s volleyball team, and makes recommendations on its weakness, in order to provide reference forthe future training of Chinese women＇ s volleyball team.
