摘  要:为了解东部沿海地区住宅冬季室内湿环境现状,选取上海作为典型城市,对住宅室内环境与居民主观感觉进行了现场调查,并选取部分住宅进行了室内外热湿环境的长期实测。现场调查结果表明,大多数被调查者认为冬季室内湿环境较为合适;但仍有34%的被调查者表示住宅室内不同程度地干燥希望进行加湿。实测结果显示,室内含湿量受室外含湿量的显著影响,采暖住宅和非采暖住宅的室内相对湿度基本在30%-60%范围内,依据GB50736-2012,两类住宅室内湿环境均符合舒适要求。In order to grasp the indoor humidity environment of the eastern coastal residential in winter, choose Shanghai as a typical city, and carry out an investigation and a long-term measurement on the residential indoor humidity environments. The results showed that the majority of subjects considered indoor humidity environment appropriate in winter, but 34% of the subject thought the indoor environment should be humidified; based on 30%-60% of the evaluation criteria, indoor humidity environment of heating household and non-household indoor heating was good; indoor absolute humidity was significantly impacted by the outdoor absolute humidity.
