摘  要:目的:观察胰泰复方对慢性胰腺炎胰腺纤维化大鼠细胞超微结构的影响。方法:将60只大鼠分成6组:模型组、空白组、清胰利胆颗粒组、胰泰复方高、中、低剂量组,每组10只。空白组腹腔注射0.9%氯化钠注射液,其余各组腹腔注射13.3%L-精氨酸,造模后灌胃,各组实行相应干预1个月。干预结束后透射电镜下观察各组胰腺组织超微结构。结果:与模型组比较,胰泰复方中剂量组胰腺腺泡细胞核略饱满,无凋亡细胞,粗面内质网膜性结构清晰,酶原颗粒明显增多,间质内未见活化的胰腺星状细胞。胰泰复方高剂量组偶见少量内质网崩解,酶原颗粒增多,间质内有活化的胰腺星状细胞。胰泰复方低剂量组胰腺腺泡细胞核变小,染色质边聚,呈凋亡前期表现,粗面内质网弥漫扩张,间质内可见活化的胰腺星状细胞。结论:胰泰复方可防治慢性胰腺炎胰腺纤维化大鼠胰腺纤维化。Objective: To observe the effect of Yitai compound prescription on cell ultrastructure of chronic pancreatitis rats with pancreatic fibrosis. Methods: The 60 rats were divided into 6 groups, including model group, control group, Qingyi li-dan particle (清胰利胆颗粒) group, Yitai compound prescription group of high dose, medium dose and low dose, 10 rats in each. The rats in control group were injected 0.9% saline. Thecrats of the rest groups were injected 13.3% L-arginine. Rats in each group were given corresponding treatment by gavage administration for one month. The pancreas tissue was observed afler the treatment under the transmission electron microscopy. Results: Compared with the model group, the acinar cell nucleus were slightly full with no apoptotic cells; there was clear structureof rough endoplasmic reticulum with the zymogen granules increased significantly, and there was no interstitial activation of pancreatic stellate cells with no hyperplasia of collagen fiber in the medium dose group of Yitai compound Prescription. There was an occasional small amount of endoplasmic reticulum disintegration in Yitai compound prescription with high-dose group, compared with an increase in zymogen granules, the activation of pancreatic star-shaped cells endoplasmic. Yitai compound prescription with low dose of pancreatic acinar cell nucleus becomes smaller, and the chromatin margination and apoptosis was early performed, with rough endoplasmic pancreatic star-shaped cells are visible.
