海南省大学生亚健康状态中医证素分布规律研究

摘　　要：目的:通过问卷调查,探究大学生亚健康状态证素的分布规律,为中医临床辨治亚健康提供依据。方法:搜集2014年1月至2015年9月海南地区11所高等院校一至四年级大学生中医四诊资料,采用文峰-Ⅲ中医诊疗系统进行证素辨证,求取证素,统计分析得出大学生亚健康状态病位、病性证素分布规律。结果:海南省大学生亚健康状态病位证素有8个,主要为肝、脾、肾;病性证素有15个,主要为气滞、阳虚、气虚、阴虚;从性别、睡眠和运动状况分别进行比较,病性证素的分布均存在明显频率差异(P<0.05),不同运动时间和睡眠状况的病位证素分布存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:针对海南省大学生亚健康状态,临床干预应当注意顾护肝、脾、肾三脏,以补气、畅达气机为主,兼以调补阴阳。Objective： To investigate the distribution law of sub-health syndrome factor in college students by questionnaire survey, and to provide scientific basis for clinical diagnoses and treatment of sub-health. Methods： Diagnostic data from 11 colleges in Hainan Province was collected from Jan, 2014 to Sep, 2015. Dialectical diagnose of syndrome elements were carried out by Wenfeng-111 TCM syndrome factor differentiation system. Location and nature of sub-health in college students were obtained by statistieal analysis. Results： There were eight location syndrome elements of sub-health in college students of Hainan Province, and the main location are liver, spleen and kidney. There were 15 characteristic syndrome elements of sub-health, mainly including Qi stagnation, Yang deficiency, qi deficiency and Yin deficency. Compared in aspects of gen- der, sleep and exercise, there was significant difference in the distribution of characteristic syndrome elements （P〈0.05）. Compared in aspects of sleep state and exercise time, there was significant difference in the distribu- tion of location syndrome elements （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Concerning about the sub-health condition of college students in Hainan Province, it＇s very important to mind and regulate the liver, spleen and kidney by tonifying and promoting Qi and regulating yin and yang.
