大学生五态人格与心率变异性的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨大学生五态人格与心率变异性的相关性。方法:收集2013年7月至2014年12月广州中医药大学在读健康学生200名,入组受测者进行五态人格量表的填写,根据量表结果分为太阳、少阳、少阴、太阴、阴阳平和五组,分别行24小时动态心电图检测,分析获得心率变异性指标统计分析各组与心率变异性的相关性。结果:太阴、少阳属阳性人格的组别心率变异性时域指标SDNN-24、SDANN、r MSSD、p NN50的平均水平较其他分组的评价水平低(P<0.01)。结论:提示阳性人格特别是太阳人格的大学生自主神经系统以交感神经占主导,副交感神经系统调节较弱,健康大学生的心率变异性与个体人格倾向存在一定相关性。Objective： To explore the correlation between five states of college students＂ personality and the variability of heart rate. Methods： From July 2013 to December 2014, 200 students from Guangzhou university of Chinese Medicine were collected and divided into five groups, including Taiyang, Shaoyang, Shaoyin, Taiyin and Peace groups, and received 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram inspection. Results： Compared to other groups, T aiyang and Shaoyang groups showed significantly lower levels of SDANN-24, SDANN, rMSSD, pNN50 （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： College students with positive personality, especially Taiyang personality, had dominated sympathetic nerve while weak parasympathetic nervous system. The variability of heart rate and personality of college students are correlated.
