疏肝和胃汤治疗肝胃不和型糖尿病胃轻瘫28例

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝和胃汤治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法:将55例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为治疗组28例与对照组27例。治疗组予疏肝和胃汤治疗,对照组予多潘立酮片治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率、症状积分改善均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组复发例数明显低于对照组。结论:疏肝和胃汤可明显改善糖尿病胃轻瘫患者临床症状,且复发率低。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Shugan Hewei decoction on diabetic gastroparesis of liver-stomach disharmony. Methods： The 55 cases of patients of diabetic gastroparesis were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 28 and 27 cases in each respectively. Patients were treated by Shugan Hewei decoction in treatment group and Domperidone teblets in control group. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results： The treatment group showed better total effective rate and symptom improvement than the control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. The number of cases of recurrence of treatment group was obviously lower than control group. Conclusion： Shugan Hewei decoction can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic gastroparesis, with lower recurrence rate.
