摘  要:目的评价康复新液对慢性阻塞性肺气肿并发难治性气胸的治疗价值和安全性。方法选择2014年1月~2016年6月的慢性阻塞性肺气肿并发难治性气胸患者50例,分为2组,各25例,所有患者行胸腔闭式引流术,待肺大部分复张后,两组分别给予胸腔注入康复新液100mL(治疗组)、沙培林5KE+生理盐水100mL(对照组),比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组漏气终止时间为6.88±3.47d,略低于对照组(8.60±5.63 d),差异没有统计学意义;治疗组的胸液蛋白含量明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过6个月至12个月的随访,治疗组没有复发病例,对照组复发2例(8%),两组差异没有统计学意义。结论胸腔内灌注康复新液对慢性阻塞性肺气肿并发难治性气胸,临床效果良好,是治疗难治性气胸的有效手段。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic value and safety of Kangfuxin Solution intreatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients with refractory pneumothorax.Methods Fifty COPD patients with refractory pneumothorax were included in the study which beganfrom January 2014 to June 2016. All subjects were divided into treatment group and control group, 25 patients in each group. Thoracal closed drainage was performed in every patient. After lung recruitmentmaneuver, 100 ml kangfuxin solution(treatment group), 100 ml sapylin 5KE plus 0.9%Nacl(controlgrou)were injected into thoracic cavity in each group respectively. And the clinical effects and sidereactions were record and analyzed. Results The air leaks time in treatment group was 6.88±3.47 d,while 8.60 ± 5.63 d lower in control group. There was no difference between two groups. Hydrothoraxprotein of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group(P〈0.05). The follow-up rangedfrom 6 to 12 months. Two cases recurred in control group. Conclusion Kangfuxin solution injection ofthoracic cavity showed an effective outcome to COPD patients with refractory pneumothorax. At least theefficacy of Kangfuxin solution injection was not worse than of sapylin.
