摘  要:目的保障神经外科患者出入手术室的安全,加快手术周转。方法组建神经外科手术室质量控制小组,由质量控制小组成员对1 178例择期手术患者(改进前组)在接入手术室和手术结束送回病区出现的问题归纳分析,提出改进措施,应用于1 260例择期手术患者(改进后组)出入手术室护理管理中。结果改进后组术前物品准备完好率、病历准备完好率、手术部位标识率、术后病区仪器设备准备合格率均达到100%,连台手术衔接时间显著缩短,患者医生护士满意度提高,显著优于改进前组(均P<0.01);接送患者途中管道滑脱发生率为0。结论改进手术患者出入手术室管理措施有效提高了手术患者交接效率和安全,从而提高医护患满意度。Objective To ensure the safety of transfer of neurosurgical patients in and out of the operating room (OR) and to improve work efficiency. Methods A quality control team was built to identify problems in transfer of 1 178 elective patients between the neurosurgical ward and the OR and to formulate and implement countermeasures to 1 260 patients. Results The preparation of pa- tient records and items required in the surgery, mark of the incision sites, and preparation of instruments for postoperative patients in the ward were well performed, with the qualified rates being 100~ after the intervention. The preparation time for successive operations was significantly shortened and satisfaction of patients, surgeons and nurses was significantly enhanced after the inter vention (P〈0.01 for all). Slippage of catheter did not occur during the transportation. Conclusion These improved measures have enhanced efficiency and safety of transfer of patients to and out of the OR, and thus to increase satisfaction of patients, surgeons, and nurses.
