摘　　要：目的探讨家庭参与式危机管理在预防气管插管患者非计划性拔管中的作用。方法选取2016年1~5月ICU气管插管患者98例,作为观察组,实施家庭参与式危机管理,以2015年9~12月ICU内行气管插管患者104例作为对照组,比较两组患者非计划性拔管发生率以及患者和家属对护理工作的满意情况。结果观察组气管插管患者非计划性拔管发生率显著低于对照组,患者及家属满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论将家庭参与式危机管理应用于ICU气管插管患者风险管理中,可有效预防非计划性拔管事件的发生,促进ICU护理质量的持续改进。Objective To explore the effect of family participated crisis management on prevention of unplanned extubation for pa- tients with tracheal intubation. Methods A total of 98 ICU patients with tracheal intubation admitted from January to May in 2016 were selected as an observation group and received family participatory crisis management, another 104 patients hospitalized from September to December in 2015 were chosen as a control group and received traditional nursing. Rates of unplanned extubation and satisfaction of patients and families regarding nursing work between the two groups were compared. Results The rate of unplanned extubation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, while the satisfaction of patients and families were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01）. Conclusion The application of family partiei pated crisis management in ICU patients with tracheal intubation, can effectively prevent unplanned extubation, and promote con- tinuous improvement of ICU nursing quality.
