环孢素脂质体凝胶剂对实验性银屑病病理模型的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨环孢素脂质体凝胶剂局部用药对各种银屑病病理模型的影响。方法　采用雌激素周期小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂模型、小鼠尾部鳞片表皮颗粒层形成模型、盐酸普萘洛尔致豚鼠耳部皮肤银屑病样皮损模型、2 ,4-二硝基氟苯致豚鼠接触性皮炎模型 ,观察环孢素脂质体凝胶剂局部用药后的改善作用。结果　环孢素脂质体凝胶剂局部用药能显著抑制小鼠阴道上皮细胞分裂、促进小鼠尾部鳞片表皮颗粒层形成 ,并显著抑制盐酸普萘洛尔所致的表皮异常角化与增殖 ;对于 2 ,4-二硝基氟苯所致豚鼠接触性皮炎模型亦有明显的抑制作用 ,可使皮肤组织中的淋巴细胞浸润减少。结论　环孢素脂质体凝胶剂局部用药对银屑病表皮细胞增生、角化不全或异常角化。AIM The purpose is to study the effects of cyclosporine A liposome gel on experimental psoriasis models. METHODS The vaginal epithelium mitosis of estrone periodical mice and the formation of mouse tail scale epidermis were used as the epidermis hyperplasia model and the epidermis parakeratosis model, respectively. Additionally, propranolol hydrochloride and dinitrofluorobenzene (DNFB) were used to induce experimental psoriasis model and contact sensitivity in guinea pig. RESULTS The results showed that the topical application of CsA liposome gel significantly inhibit the mitosis of mouse vaginal epithelium and promoted the formation of mouse tail scale epidermis. Cyclosporine A can also significantly inhibites the experimental psoriasis induced by propranolol and DNFB induced contact sensitivity. CONCLUSION The topical administration of cyclosporine A liposome gel has good efficacy in treating psoriasis by inhibiting the epidermis hyperplasia, parakeratosis and infiltration of lymphocytes.
