摘　　要：目的探究自体脂肪联合硅凝胶假体在临床隆乳术中的应用效果。方法选择我院2015年1月-2016年7月收治的64例行隆乳术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组单纯采取硅凝胶假体,观察组采取自体脂肪联合硅凝胶假体,比较两组临床效果。结果观察组患者术后乳房外形改善优级17例,良好12例,优良率为90.63%,显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;观察组患者术后乳房外形改善优级17例,良好12例,优良率为90.63%,显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论自体脂肪颗粒联合硅凝胶假体实施隆乳术,有效提高乳房外形改善程度,临床效果显著。Objective To investigate the effect of autologous fat combined with silicone gel prosthesis in clinical augmentation mammaplasty.Methods In our hospital from January 2015 to July 2016, 64 patients underwent augmentation mammoplasty were randomly divided into observation group and control group. In the control group, silicone gel prosthesis was used alone, and the observation group was treated with autologous fat combined with silica gel leave Body, compare the two groups of clinical results. Results In the observation group, there were 17 cases of excellent and 17 cases of good and excellent rate of 90.63%, which were significantly higher than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The observation group had better postoperative breast shape Excellentgrade in 17 cases, good in 12 cases, excellent rate was 90.63%, significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）, statistically significant.Conclusion Autologous fat granules combined with silicone gel prosthesis for breast augmentation can effectively improve the degree of breast shape, and the clinical effect is remarkable.
