摘　　要：内蒙古自治区毗邻俄罗斯、蒙古国,凭借优良的区位优势,内蒙古已经将联通俄蒙、构建草原丝绸之路作为现阶段的重要经济发力点,但物流增值服务发展滞后,使得物流行业的发展受到制约。文章通过分析内蒙古地区物流增值服务发展现状,提出了加强战略层面布局、以现有客户为开发核心、完善激励机制等建议,为有效开发物流增值服务提供了思路。The Inner Mongolia autonomous region adjacent to Russia. Mongolia, relying on superior geographical advantage, has put unicom, Mongolia, Russia to build grassland of Inner Mongolia of the silk mad as an important economic swimmer at this stage, but the logistics value-added services development lags behind, make the development of logistics industry is in control. In this paper, by analyzing the current situation of the development of Inner Mongolia region logistics value-added services, strengthen strategic layout, was put forward to existing customers for the development of the core, perfect the incentive mechanism and so on, to effectively develop logistics value-added services provides a train of thought.
