摘　　要：公共电子阅览室建设是国家"十二五"在文化系统实施的重要工程,是构建基本性、均等性、便利性的人民精神文化需求的重要环节。湖南作为中部省份,地区差异大,如何规范化、系统化的建设好公共电子阅览室,文章认为要与时俱进,打破传统单一的服务模式,从技术模式、环境模式、服务模式、管理模式等方面着手进行探索。Construction of public electronic reading rooms is an important project of implementation of National ＂Twelfth Five-- Year＂ in cultural system and an important link to meet the people＇s spiritual cultural demands with the basic , equal and handy feature .As the Midwest province Hunan has the characteristics of large regional differences. This paper thinks that in order to build the normalization and systemization of public electronic reading rooms Hunan should move with the times, break the traditional single service model, explore the aspects from technical model, environment model, service model, management model, etc..
