摘　　要：科技查新是对委托人提供项目的新颖性做出判断的信息咨询服务,该工作由查新员、委托人及审核员共同完成。查新过程涉及委托书的填写、与委托人的沟通、信息的检索、文献相关度的判断及对比分析、报告撰写及审核员审核。文章基于查新工作过程对可能影响科技查新质量的因素进行分析,阐述各过程的质量控制,并基于工作实践提出相应的策略。Science and technology novelty search is an information consulting sevice which is to judge the novelty of the client＇s project. The work is completed by the novelty searcher, the client and the auditor. The process of novelty search involves the letter of authorization, communication with the client, information search, judgement and comparative analysis of literature correlation, and report writing and auditor auditing. This paper analyzes the factors that may affect the quality of science and technology novelty search based on the work process, expounds the quality control of each process, and puts forward the corresponding strategies based on the work practice.
