摘　　要：文章叙述了NSTL新疆兵团服务站的工作现状和服务模式,统计了NSTL用户使用文献情况,分析了用户背景、用户身份及用户学历,探讨了新疆兵团站用户信息行为的一些特点,指出了存在的问题及相应的对策。This paper describes the current situation and service mode of NSTL in Xinjiang Corps Service Station, analyzes the statistics of the literature use of NSTL from the analysis of user background, user identity and user education, discusses some characteristics of the information and behavior of the user of Xinjiang Corps Station, and points out the existing problems and corresponding countermeasures.
