摘　　要：文章明确了创业教育以创业为导向,从创业机会的识别与开发、创业资源的获取与利用、创业团队的组建与管理、大学生创业的顶层设计、配套保障措施的制定与实施5个方面构建基于风险投资、企业、高校三者协同的大学生"真创业"的实践模式。This paper made it clear that entrepreneurship education is entrepreneurship-oriented, and the entrepreneurial practice model of ＂real entrepreneurship＂ for college students, which is based on the collaboration with venture capitals, enterprises, colleges and universities, should be constructed in the following five aspects： identification and development of entrepreneurial opportunities, acquisition and utilization of entrepreneurial resources, establishment and management of entrepreneurial team, top-level design of college students＇ entrepreneurship, and formulation and implementation of safeguard measures.
