中越边境乡村都市化的实践与反思——以东兴河洲村为例

摘　　要：通过对中越边境东兴河洲村乡村都市化的实践进行描述,认为边境乡村都市化应充分发掘边境地区边贸、旅游、生态等方面潜力,以政府层面沿边城镇带建设规划为依托,借力国家战略发展契机,走特色城镇发展道路,才能有效发挥边境优势,促进边境地区乡村都市化可持续发展,从而有效回应边民现实需求与国家边疆发展战略。From the description of the urbanization of Hezhou village on the China-Vietnam border ,the paper got the view that it＇s necessary to exploit border trading, tourism and zoology during the process of urbanization. On the base of city belt building plan of local government and the opportunity of national strategic development, unless the characteristic city development road could make a full use of border advantage and promote the sustainable urbanization process of the villages thus effectively responding to the reality needs of local people and the national border developing strategy.
