摘　　要：刘文辉稳藏安康思想起源于早期教育,萌芽与军校时期,受蒋百里国防思想影响,形成于西康建设时期;具有唯实、求进、兼容、应变、归定的显著特征,对西康建设乃至整个西南边疆稳定产生了深远影响。Liu wenhui＇s border-governing thought originated from his early education, budded in the period of military school and established during Xikang＇s construction. The border - governing thought with obvious characteristics as practice-oriented, progress - pursued, compatibility and flexibility had a profound influence on the construction of Xikang and even the stability of the whole southwestern frontier.
