摘　　要：中医药是我国独具特色的医学科学和优秀传统文化,中医医疗服务价格关系到中医药服务的提供和利用,关系到中医药特色优势的发挥以及中医药机构建设与发展。利用文献分析,从我国中医医疗服务价格研究的现状、原因、定价方法、补偿机制等方面对其研究进展进行总结。研究者普遍认为由于新增项目申报困难、调整机制僵化、医保报销范围过小等原因,导致中医医疗服务出现价格偏低、项目数量较少、亏损率高等问题。同时,研究中医医疗服务定价与补偿等方面的成果欠缺,有待深入研究。通过本文研究以期进一步明晰方向,不断完善我国中医医疗服务价格问题。Chinese medicine was the characteristic medicine science and excellent traditional culture of China, and the Chinese medical service price was related to the supply and utility of Chinese medicine service, the development of character- istic advantage of Chinese medicine and the construction and development of Chinese medicine institution. This article uses literature analysis to study the status quo, reason, pricing method and compensation mechanism of Chinese medical service price and concludes the research progress. The researchers widely consider that the Chinese medical service has lower price, less project quantity and high deficiency ratio due to the difficulty in new project, rigidity of adjustment mechanism and un- dersized medicare system. Meanwhile, there is lack of outcome of pricing and compensation in Chinese medical service price, and it has to be further studied. The author hopes to further clear the direction by this article, and continuously improve the Chinese medical service price.
