摘　　要：分析了建筑业农民工的质量意识状况,并就质量意识三个要素间的关系进行了验证。从微观、中观和宏观的角度对建筑业农民工质量意识的影响因素进行了理论梳理,提出了加强建筑业农民工质量意识的基本路径。The quality awareness of construction workers was related to the quality of construction pro- jects. The status of the quality awareness of construction peasant workers was empirical analysed, and the relationship among the three elements of the quality awareness was verified. From the micro, meso and macro perspective, the factors affecting the quality awareness of construction peasant workers was combed in theory. And the basic path to strengthen the quality awareness of construction peasant workers wss pres- ented in this paper.
