摘　　要：信仰教育离不开"仰天立地"的方法论指导。"仰天"就是要帮助人们接受科学的信仰,激发其精神动力,提高其认识世界和改造世界的能力。"立地"就是要"接地气",就是帮助人们将信仰所承载的理念落实到现实中来。在这个意义上,思想政治教育是一种信仰教育。当代思想政治教育工作要紧紧围绕时代主题开展教育实践,以青年的思想特点及成长成才规律为着眼处,以不断解决社会发展过程中暴露出的深层次问题为立足点。Belief education depends on the methodology guidance of ＂ watching the sky and standing on the ground＂.＂ Watching the sky＂ means to help people to accept scientific belief, inspire their spiritual motivation and improve their ability of knowing the world and transforming the world. ＂ Standing on the ground＂ means to help people to convey faith into reality. In this sense, the ideological and political edu- cation is a kind of belief education. Its contemporary ideological and political education work should be carrying out the education practice according to the theme of the times ; carrying out the education practice according to the ideological characteristics of young people, solving constant deep-seated problems ex- posed in the course of social development.
