辅导员课程化模式下职业能力提升的研究

摘  要:近些年来,诸多高校已相继实现辅导员工作课程化,此项模式是现代教育辅导员工作的重要创新举措,辅导员工作课程化就是依照课程的理念实施辅导员工作,这更加清晰地表明辅导员的岗位与职责愈加系统化、科学化、精细化,这也要求辅导员需具备更高的能力。本文首先分析了现代高等院校在课程化模式下辅导员工作的现状,然后阐述了辅导员工作课程化对辅导员职业能力的要求,接着陈述了课程化模式下辅导员的课程观,最后提出了有效的对策,以便促进辅导员工作的进展。In recent years, many higher colleges have achieved counselors course in succession, this model is an important innovation measures of counselors'work in modern education, counselors work course is in accordance with the concept of curriculum implementation of the work of counselors. It more clearly shows that, post and duty system of counselors more scientific, it is for the counselor to have higher ability requirements. This paper first analyzes the current status of instructors'work mode in the course of the modern higher education, and then expounds the counselors'course of work of counselors occupation ability requirements, followed by the presentation of the curriculum mode of counselors curriculum concept, finally it puts forward Effec- tive measures to promote the progress of the work of counselors.
