摘　　要：企业管理中最重要的一个环节就是项目管理,项目管理的好坏影响着公司的发展,而项目管理中的重点又是工程项目管理。论文重点讲述工程项目成本管理的现状,工程项目管理体系的构建以及提高工程项目管理水平的对策研究。Project management is one of the most important aspects in enterprise management.The quality of project management affects the development of the company.The focus of project management is the project management.This paper focuses on the current situation of the project cost management, the construction of the project management system and the countermeasures to improve the level of project management.
