摘　　要：随着经济社会的发展和国土资源服务领域的不断拓宽,社会各界对国土资源档案信息的需求呈现日益上升趋势。传统的国土资源资料档案管理模式已不能适应新形势的要求。通过科学化、信息化、数字化手段提高国土资源档案管理水平,实现档案科学化管理是国土资源档案工作创新的必由之路。With the economic and social development and widening of the service areas of land and resources, community land and resources of archive information increasing demand on the rise. The traditional mode of file management of land and resources cannot meet the requirements of the new situation. It is the only way to improve the management of land and resources archives to realize the scientific management of land and resources through scientific, informational and digital means.
