摘　　要：概述了深孔加工的特点和类型,通过对深孔加工原理的分析,结合实际工件加工需求,在参考同类设备结构的基础上设计制作了一台橡塑机械大型轧辊深孔加工专用机床,通过实际加工验证,既提高了加工的效率和产品的尺寸精度,同时也创造了良好的经济效益。This paper summarized the characteristics and types of deep hole processing, through the analysis for the principle of the deep hole processing, combining with demand for the actual workpiece machining requirements, designed a rubber and plastic machinery large roll deep hole processing machine tool on the basis of reference of the similar equipment structure, through the actual processing validation,not only improved the efficiency of processing and product size precision, but also created good economic efficiency.
