摘　　要：选择性催化还原技术(SCR)烟气脱硝尿素水解制氨系统出口混合气体具有一定的过热度,介绍了一种采用脱硝出口烟道内置式烟气-空气换热器加热冷稀释风的方法和设备,该设备具有系统简单、投资少、检修维护方便及节能效果明显等优点,实际运行效果达到了预期要求,且节能效果显著,为类似节能改造工程提供了借鉴,具有良好的推广价值。For the flue gas selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitrification urea hydrolytic system,the mixed gas at its outlet should have a certain degree of superheat.In order to meet that requirement,this paper introduced a method of using a gas-gas heater(GGH) to heat the cold dilute wind and the GGH device has internal flue at outlet of denitrification system,which has some advantages of simple system,small investment,convenient maintenance and obvious energy saving effect.The practical op-eration effect meets the expected performance requirement and provides reference for similar energy saving transformation project,which has good popularization value.
