医院在公共机构节能管理中的意义与实施策略

摘　　要：公共机构包括全部或者部分使用财政性资金的国家机关、事业单位和团体组织。作为公共机构,主动带头厉行节俭节约,切实提高公共机构能源资源的利用水平,对全社会节能减排工作都起着引导示范作用。医院作为公共机构中重要的组成机构,节能减排必须结合自身特点,从重点部位落实到日常管理的方方面面做到以点带面,才能实现可持续发展的绿色之路。The public institutions include all and some state organs, institutions and organizations using the financial funds, the public institutions can play a guidance and exemplary role in the energy saving work in the whole society by taking a lead of saving and truly improve the utilization level of the energy resources in the public institutions, and the hospital, as an important component of the public institutions, should carry out the energy-saving and emission-reduction work combined with their own features from key points to daily management, only in this way can the sustainable development green route be realized.
