摘　　要：目的总结对25例接受TIPS治疗患者实施围手术期的健康教育,可以减少术后并发症的发生,提高手术治疗的效果。方法在该科住院的25例需要行TIPS手术治疗的患者,在围手术期,通过责任护士对患者及家属的评估结果,制定有针对性的健康教育计划并实施,使患者能够获得正性的疾病信息,正确对待疾病,减轻心理负担,配合医护人员的治疗及护理,顺利完成手术。结果通过责任护士实施有针对性的健康教育,患者改变不良生活习惯,减少并发症的发生,病情得到控制。结论通过医护的精心治疗及护理,所有患者对手术治疗的效果满意,提高了患者对医院医疗质量的满意度,提高了护理质量。Objective The health education during the perioperative period can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications and improve the operative treatment effect. Methods 25 cases of hospitalization patients needing TIPS operative treatment were selected as the research objects, during the perioperative period, the targeted health education plan was made and implemented according to the evaluation results of primary nurses to patients and their family thus making patients obtain the positive disease information, accurately treating diseases, relieving the mental burden and cooperating with the treatment and nursing of medical staff thus successfully completing operations. Results The implementation of targeted health education by the primary nurses can make patients change the adverse living habits, reduce the occurrence of complications and control the disease condition. Conclusion The careful treatment and nursing of patients and doctors can make all patients be satisfied with the operative treatment effect, improve the satisfactory degree of patients to the hospital medical quality and improve the nursing quality.
