摘　　要：目的探讨以预算配置制为基础的护理岗位管理模式对护理质量的影响。方法 2014年10月对340名护理人员实施以预算配置制为基础的护理岗位管理,比较实施前后护理质量、护理不良事件发生率及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果实施预算配置制为基础的护理岗位管理后护理质量各项指标明显高于实施前,护理不良事件发生率明显低于实施前,患者对护理工作的满意度显著高于实施前(Z=-12.676,P<0.001)。结论采用以预算配置制为基础的护理岗位管理模式提高了护理质量和患者对护理工作的满意度,降低了不良事件发生的风险。Objective To explore the influence of nursing post management mode based onbudget allocation system on nursing quality. Methods The nursing post management based onbudget allocation system was implemented among 340 nurses in October 2014. Results After theimplementation, the scores of all nursing quality indexes and patients＇ satisfaction to nursing improved significantly, and the incidence of adverse nursing events decreased significantly.Conclusion The nursing post management mode based on budget allocation system can promote nursing quality and patients satisfaction,and lower the risk of adverse events.
