摘　　要：目的:研究分析2型糖尿病并高脂血症营养治疗的效果。方法:选择2013年8月~2016年4月我院诊治的2型糖尿病并高脂血症患者100例,分对照组和试验组各50例,予常规对症治疗后,试验组患者给予营养治疗,比较并分析治疗前后两组患者血糖、血脂。结果:与治疗前比,治疗后对照组和试验组血糖指标与血脂指标均好转,试验组各指标好转情况更优,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在2型糖尿病并高脂血症临床中施予营养治疗,可有效改善患者血糖和血脂,疗效理想。Objective：To study the effect of nutritional therapy on type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods：100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia in our hospital from Aug 2013 to Apr 2016 were selected,divided into control group and experimental group of 50 cases,treated with conventional symptomatic treatment,the experimental group patients were given nutritional treatment,comparison and analysis of two groups before and after treatment of blood glucose,blood lipid.Results：Compared with before treatment,after treatment,the control group and the experimental group blood glucose index and blood lipid indicators were improved,the test group was better than the other indicators,there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia can effectively improve the blood glucose and blood lipid in patients with hyperlipidemia.
