甲状腺结节实施甲状腺腺叶切除术治疗的疗效评估与研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨甲状腺结节实施甲状腺腺叶切除术治疗的疗效。方法:选择我院2013年5月~2016年5月接诊的甲状腺结节患者90例作为研究对象,纳入研究对象签署知情同意书,随机分为2组,各45例。对照组采取甲状腺次全切除术治疗,研究组采取甲状腺腺叶切除术治疗,观察记录两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及术后并发症发生情况,并对比分析。结果:研究组手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率为15.56%,显著低于对照组的35.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺结节实施甲状腺腺叶切除术治疗,不仅手术时间短、术中出血量低,而且安全性高,能缩短住院时间,值得借鉴。Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of thyroid lobectomy on thyroid nodules.Methods：Ninety patients with thyroid nodules from May 2013 to May 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups（n =45） and control group（n = 45）.The control group was treated with subtotal thyroidectomy.The thyroid gland lobectomy was performed in the study group.The operation time,blood loss,hospital stay and postoperative complications were recorded and compared.Results：The operative time,blood loss and hospital stay were significantly shorter in the study group than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 15.56%,significantly lower than that in the control group 35.56%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Thyroid gland lobectomy for thyroid lobectomy is not only short operation time,low blood loss,but also high safety and shorten hospitalization time.
