摘 要:目的:评价超声下颈项透明层异常对胎儿染色体的筛查效果。方法:收集2012年6月~2016年6月在我院行超声孕检的妊娠早期(11周~13^(+6)周)单胎孕妇12684例,对所有胎儿行胎儿颈项透明层(NT)测量,根据NT厚度分为增厚组与正常组,对增厚组行胎儿染色体核型分析,分析NT厚度对胎儿染色体的筛查效果的影响。结果:共检出475例NT增厚胎儿,检出异常染色体比例为13.5%,不同年龄段孕妇胎儿染色体异常情况有显著差异,高龄产妇(>35岁)胎儿异常染色体检出率较高。结论:妊娠早期超声测量NT厚度可用于临床胎儿染色体异常的筛查指标,随NT值升高,胎儿染色体异常发生率明显升高,不良妊娠结局发生率升高。Objective:To evaluate under abnormal nuchal translucency screening for fetal chromosomal effects.Methods:From June 2012 to June 2016 in our hospital during the early pregnancy test ultrasound pregnancy(11weeks -13 ^+6 weeks) singleton pregnancy 12,684 cases,all fetuses row nuchal translucency(NT) measurement according to NT thickness and normal group into thickening,thickening of the group underwent fetal karyotype analysis,the impact of NT thickness screening effect of fetal chromosomes were analyzed.Results:475 cases were detected increased NT fetal chromosome abnormalities detected in the proportion of 13.5%of pregnant women of different ages fetal chromosomal abnormalities were significantly different,advanced maternal age(〉35 years) higher detection rate of fetal chromosomal abnormalities.Conclusion:The early pregnancy ultrasound measurement of NT thickness for clinical screening for fetal chromosomal abnormality index value increased with NT,fetal chromosomal abnormalities were significantly increased,increased incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
