针刺在脑卒中康复治疗中的应用及对认知功能与运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺在脑卒中康复中的应用及对认知功能与运动功能的影响。方法:82例脑卒中患者按抽签法分作对照组与观察组,各41例,对照组行常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合针刺,比较两组临床疗效、认知功能、运动功能、日常生活能力和神经功能。结果:观察组有效率为8 2.92%(34/41),高于对照组的63.41%(26/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组简易精神状态评分(MMSE)为(24.69±4.67)分,高于对照组的(21.50±4.28)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中康复治疗联合针刺的应用效果确切,可改善认知功能及运动功能。Objective：To study the application of acupuncture in stroke rehabilitation care and the influence ofcognitive function and motor function.Methods：82 patients with cerebral apoplexy in the draw method divided into control group and observation group,all the 41 cases,control group routine rehabilitation nursing,observation group based on the control group joint acupuncture,clinical curative effect,cognitive function and motor function,daily life ability and neural function of two groups were compared.Results：The observation group effective rate was 82.92%（34/41）,higher than 63.41%（26/41） of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Observation group mini-mental state examination（MMSE） was（24.69 ±4.67）,higher than（21.50 ±4.28） of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application joint rehabilitation nursing combined acupuncture effect is exact,can improve the cognitive function and motor function.
