摘  要:双相不锈钢具有奥氏体+铁素体双相组织,兼有奥氏体不锈钢和铁素体不锈钢的特点。因有较高的强度和耐应力腐蚀性能,同时有良好的焊接性、超塑性和低温冲击韧性等优越的性能使双相不锈钢广泛用于石油化工领域。因为双相不锈钢兼有铁素体和奥氏体两相组织,对成形和热处理等方面的工艺要求较高,管件的制造难度大。对某项目煤气化装置中的双相不锈钢管件在开工过程中出现裂纹的原因进行了详细分析,并提出了双相不锈钢管件制造过程中的多项控制措施。Duplex stainless steel is of ferritic-austenitic duplex structure and presents the characteristics of austenitic stainless steel and ferritic stainless steel.It is widely used in petrochemical engineering field due to its high strength,high stress corrosion resistance, good weldability, good superplasticity and good low-temperature impact toughness.However,with the ferritic-austenitic duplex structure,it has high process requirements for formation and heat treatment,and the pipe fittings are difficult to manufacture.This paper carries out a detailed analysis on the causes of cracks in duplex stainless steel pipe fittings during the start-up of the coal gasification unit in a project,and proposes some corresponding control measures for the manufacture process of duplex stainless steel pipe fittings.
