健脾益肾活血法治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病合并高脂血症采用健脾益肾活血法治疗的疗效。方法选取80例2013年5月—2015年5月期间该院接收的合并高脂血症的2型糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组(给予血脂康胶囊治疗,n=40)与观察组(给予健脾益肾活血法治疗,n=40),观察两组治疗疗效。结果观察组患者临床有效率相比于对照组显著要高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血糖、血脂指标均显著降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而观察组血糖及TG、TC、HDL-C变化较对照组更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合并高脂血症的2型糖尿病患者采用健脾益肾活血法治疗,疗效显著,可显著减低血脂水平,具有推广价值。Objective To discuss the curative effect of jiangpi yishen and huoxue treatment principle in treatment of type 2diabetes and hyperlipoidemia. Methods 80 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes and hyperlipoidemia admitted and treate din our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group were treated with lovastatin capsule, while the observation group were treated with jiangpi yishen and huoxue t, and the curative effect of the two groups was observed. Results The clinical effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, after treatment, the blood sugar and blood fat of the two groups obviously decreased compared with those before treatment, and the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）,but the blood sugar and changes of TG, TC and HDL-C in the observation group were more obvious than those in the control group,and the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of jiangpi yishen and huoxue treatment principle in treatment of type 2 diabetes and hyperlipoidemia is obvious, which can obviously reduce the blood fat level, and it is of promotion value.
