摘  要:建筑节能评价就是判断建筑热工设计节能可否达到规定要求。而考虑污渍和天气因素的折减系数取值直接影响着围护结构透明部分太阳辐射的修正系数,从而影响该权衡判断的准确性。因此,合理地确定折减系数是建筑物耗热量指标计算中的重要问题。但目前折减系数仍依靠经验取值,并没有针对性的气候区划分和地区划分标准。运用De ST软件进行模拟,得出模型数据,并结合建筑物耗热量指标计算公式推导出乌鲁木齐地区折减系数的具体取值。The judgment of building energy efficiency evaluation is to estimate whether the building thermal design of energy saving is up to requirements. Considering the dirt and weather factors,the value of reduction coefficient directly affects the correction coefficient of solar radiation which is in the transparent structure, and it will affect the accuracy during this deterministic process. Therefore,reasonably determining the reduction coefficient is an important index of energy consumption calculation for a building. But the value of current reduction factor is still an empirical data,and there is no division standard which is aimed at different climate region and district,then it gains the data model by using DeST software,meanwhile,it will deduce the specific value of reduction coefficient in Urumqi area combining with calculation formula of building heat consumption.
