摘　　要：以合肥市打造特色文化街区为研究目的,通过实地调研,参照杭州、南京和扬州等先进地区经验,对合肥打造特色文化街区现实意义、打造现状、存在问题和提升路径进行了探讨,认为合肥市要在国家历史文化名城条件下打造特色文化街区,当务之急要实施"三大工程"和"四大文化街区保护更新",以期对合肥打造特色文化街区有所裨益。In order to build featured blocks in Hefei., this thesis discusses the realistic significance, current situations,existing problems and improving paths of building featured blocks in Hefei by conducting field research and taking the experience of advanced areas such as Hangzhou, Nanjing and Yangzhou for reference. Under the condition of national historical and cultural city, it＇s believed that putting ＂Three major projects＂ and ＂protection and update of four major cultural blocks＂ into practice is the priority for Hefei, looking forward to be significant for building characteristic block in Hefei.
