新常态下外资企业在中国的发展前景实证分析

摘　　要：本文利用2006-2013年省际面板数据,通过回归法估计出了我国外资企业的C-D生产函数,发现外资企业在我国仍然具有明显的规模经济效应,发展前景良好;通过随机前沿生产函数(SFA)估计出各省市外资企业的技术效率,发现虽然各地区平均水平并无明显差异,但是个别省市的技术效率却明显低于全国平均值,改进空间很大,在此基础上得出相关结论并提出建议。Using provincial panel data from 2006 to 2013, the paper estimates C-D production function of foreign-funded enterprises in China by means of regression. It is found that the foreign-funded enterprises in China still have significant scale economy effect and good prospects. The paper also estimates the technical efficiency of the foreign-funded enterprises in different provinces in China through stochastic frontier production function, and finds that there is no significant difference in the average level of all regions,but the technical efficiency of specific provinces is obviously lower than the national average and there is much room for improvement.Based on above analysis, relevant conclusions are drawn and several recommendations are provided.
