摘　　要：随着我国经济实力的不断提升和市场开放程度的逐步深化,境内个人海外投资需求日益高涨,但个人境外投资仍面临诸多限制因素。为了探索建立规范化的个人境外投资渠道,改变目前个人境外直接投资游离于监管视野之外的现状,最近,商洛中心支局对个人境外直接投资开展了调研,并提出相关建议。Along with the continuous increase of the economic strength and the gradual deepening of the market opening degree in China, the demand of the domestic individual overseas investment is growing increasingly, but the individual overseas investment still faces many constraints. In order to explore to set up the standardized individual overseas investment channels and change the current situation that the current individual overseas direct investment is out of the regulation, recently, Shangluo branch makes a research on the individual overseas direct investment.
