重庆“低房价”与经济“高增长”之谜探索

摘　　要：截至2016年第3季度,重庆市经济增速连续11个季度保持全国第一,然而房价连续多年稳定在低位水平,与部分东中部地区依靠房价支撑经济的发展模式截然不同。"低房价"与经济"高增长"的并行不悖的"重庆之谜"引起社会各界的广泛关注。本文认真梳理近年重庆市促进房地产市场平稳健康发展的主要做法,对支持重庆经济增长的非房地产性因素进行系统梳理与分析,并提出相关政策建议。By the third quarter of 2016, the economic growth of Chongqing has remained top 1 for the consecutive eleven quarters.However, the housing price has kept at a stable low level for the past years, which is quite different from the development pattern of some mid-east regions which rely on housing prices to support their economy. The＂Chongqing Puzzle＂of＂low housing price＂and＂high economic growth＂has aroused comprehensive concerns of all walks of life. The paper sorts out main practices to promote the steady and healthy development of Chongqing real estate market, deeply analyses the exogenous factors to support economic growth,and gives related policy suggestions.
