肩关节弹力防脱固定带治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察肩关节弹力防脱固定带治疗Ⅱ°以内肩锁关节脱位的临床治疗效果。方法选取洛阳正骨医院在2014年8月—2015年12月期间收治的60例Rockwood分型Ⅱ°以内肩锁关节脱位的患者,按门诊顺序采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用石膏固定;治疗组采用肩关节弹力防脱固定带固定。观察2组治疗前一般情况,临床随访3个月,疗效评定采用Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分进行评定。结果经过3个月治疗并功能锻炼后,2组用ConstantMurley肩关节功能评分进行评定,2组在总体疗效、疼痛、日常活动、肩关节活动度、徒手肌力方面差异对比P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论肩关节弹力防脱固定治疗Rockwood分型Ⅱ°以内肩锁关节脱位临床疗效明显优于对照组。Objective To observe the clinical effect of shoulder detachment with elastic detachment of the shoulder joint for treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation within Ⅱ°. Methods 60 patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation within 60 days from August 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of random out-patient service, and each group had 30 cases. The control group was fixed with plaster. The treatment group was fixed with the shoul-der joint elastic band. The patients were followed up for 3 months. The effect was evaluated by the Constant-Murley shoulder function scale. Results After 3 months of treatment and functional exercise, the two groups were evaluated with Constant-Murley shoulder function score. The difference in overall efficacy, pain, daily activity, shoulder mobility and hand strength between the two groups was P〈0.05, and there was statistically significant. Conclusion The clinical effect of the shoulder joint elastic detachment fixation is bet-ter than that of the control group in Rockwood subtype Ⅱ ° acromioclavicular joint dislocation.
