无痛旋冲针法治疗腰背肌筋膜炎35例

摘　　要：目的观察研究无痛旋冲针法治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法将随机选取的70例患者分别采用无痛旋冲针法(治疗组35例)和常规针灸法(对照组35例)治疗。比较2组治疗前、后的临床疗效、VAS评分。结果治疗前后:治疗组总有效率94.29%(33/35),优于对照组85.71%(30/35),且(P<0.05);VAS评分比较,治疗前2组VAS评分比较P>0.05,表明治疗前2组患者具有可比性;治疗后2组评分均有所下降,P<0.05,表明2种方法对于本病均有治疗作用;治疗前后评分差(VAS治疗前-VAS第三疗程)治疗组(6.64±1.18)>对照组(5.51±1.04),P<0.05,提示治疗组的治疗效果优于对照组。结论无痛旋冲针法对腰背肌筋膜炎有良好疗效。Objective To research and observe the clinical effect of rotating and shaking the painless needle in the treatment of lower back myofascitis（LBM）. Methods 70 cases of patients with LBM were randomly divided into two groups, with 35 of in each group.The treatment group was treated with rotating and shaking the painless needle. The control group was treated with acupuncture. The clinical effect and the VAS scores after treatment between the two groups were compared, respectively. Results Comparing the two groups, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.29%（33/35） was better than 85.71%（30/35） of the control group P〈0.05. The VAS scores were both declined of the two groups（ P〈0.05）. After treatment, the score difference between the VAS before-treatment and VAS the third-course of treatment group（6.64±1.18） was greater than the control group（5.51±1.04） P〈0.05.Conclusion The clinical effect of rotating and shaking the painless needle in the treatment of LBM is better than acupuncture.
