中药包热熨法联合得舒特治疗脾肾阳虚型肠易激综合征41例

摘　　要：目的探讨中药包热熨法护理联合得舒特治疗对脾肾阳虚型肠易激综合征患者的临床疗效。方法选取2013年10月—2016年2月我院消化科确诊腹泻型肠易激综合征且中医证型属于脾肾阳虚型的81例患者纳入研究,均采用常规护理,对照组40例患者联合得舒特治疗,观察组41例则在对照组基础上联合中药包热熨法护理。比较2组患者各项症状评分改善情况及临床疗效差异。结果患者腹泻次数、腹痛、腹胀、大便性状均较前改善,但观察组改善更显著,且总有效率更高,P<0.05。结论中药包热熨法护理联合得舒特治疗对脾肾阳虚型肠易激综合征疗效显著,可更好地改善临床症状并提高疗效,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Chinese herbal medicine hot compress combined with Dicetel in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency. Methods Eighty-one patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome were selected from October 2013 to February 2016 in our hospital. All the patients were divided into routine care group and control group, and were treated with Routine nursing care. The control group of 40 cases used Dyshunt. 41 patients in the observation group were treated with Chinese medicine package on the basis of the control group. The improvement of symptom scores and the difference of clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups. Results The number of patients with diarrhea, abdominal pain, abdominal distension and stool were improved, but the observation group improved more significantly, and the total effective rate was higher（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Chinese herbal medicine hot compress combined with dicetel in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency is effective, it can improve the clinical symptoms and the curative effect, and is worth popularizing.
