摘 要:目的考察不同产地艾纳香中糖类成分的含量。方法采用紫外可见分光光度计进行艾纳香糖类成分的含量测定。结果不同产地艾纳香所得的总糖、还原糖和多糖的含量差别不大,2号和6号产地的含糖量相对较高。结论贵州红水河所栽培的艾纳香含糖量相对较高,其他产地的没有明显区别。采用上述分析方法简便快速可靠,为建立艾纳香的多指标质量评价体系提供了科学参考。Objective To investigate the carbohydrate components of Blumea balsamifera in different habitats. Methods The UV visible spectrophotometer was used to determine the carbohydrate components of Blumea balsamifera. Results The total sugar, from different habitats of Blumea balsamifera the reducing sugar and polysaccharide content is basically same, No. 2 and No. 6 origin of the sugar content is relatively high. Conclusion Guizhou Red River the cultivation of Blumea balsamifera sugar content is relatively high,and there is no obvious difference between other origins. This study could provide a simple, rapid and scientific evidence to construct a multiple indicator system for evaluating the quality of Blumea balsamifera DC.
