益气聪明汤配合针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病128例短期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气聪明汤结合针刺治疗椎基底动脉供血不足所致眩晕(气虚痰瘀型)的临床疗效。方法:选取128例椎动脉型颈椎病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组64例,观察组给予益气聪明汤配合针刺治疗,对照组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,2周为1个疗程,2组患者均治疗1个疗程。比较2组患者眩晕症状改善情况。结果:观察组主要体征及TCD改善均明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气聪明汤配合针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病较盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗疗效可显著提高。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Congming decoction combined with acupuncture on ver- tebrobasilar insufficiency caused by vertigo （Qi deficiency phlegm stasis type）. Methods： 128 patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided each group were treated with Yiqi Congming decoction into observation group and control group. Sixty-four patients in and acupuncture treatment. The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules, 2 Week for a course of treatment, two groups of patients were treated for a course of treatment. Comparison of two groups of patients with vertigo to improve the situation. Results： The main signs and TCD were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yiqi Congming de- coction combined with acupuncture can improve the curative effect of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis with flunarizine hydrochtoride capsule.
