桃红四物汤加味配合空心钉钢丝张力带治疗髌骨骨折临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察和探讨桃红四物汤加味配合空心钉钢丝张力带治疗髌骨骨折后膝关节功能恢复的临床疗效。方法:选取我院骨科收治的髌骨骨折手术患者62例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例,对照组患者术后行患肢功能锻炼,治疗组患者在对照组基础上同时服用桃红四物汤,疗程为2周,通过治疗组和对照组治疗前后的膝关节功能恢复情况及疼痛评分对疗效进行评价。结果:(1)治疗组关节恢复情况(93.55%)稍优于对照组(90.32%);(2)治疗2周后,治疗组疼痛缓解情况明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:桃红四物汤加味配合空心钉钢丝张力带治疗髌骨骨折早期,疗效显著,固定强度可靠,功能恢复好,优良率高,值得推广运用。Objective： To observe the effect of Taohong Siwu decoction combine with cannulated lag screws and ten- sion band wires for the treatment of patella fractures. Methods： Sixty-two patients with patellofemoral fractures were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 31 patients in the control group were treated with limb func- tion after treatment. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Taohong Siwu decoction for 2 weeks. The curative effect of knee function recovery and pain score was evaluated by treatment group and control group before and after treatment. Results： （1） The recovery of the treatment group （93.55%） was slightly better than that of the control group （90.32%）. （2） After 2 weeks of treatment, the pain relief in the treatment group was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Taohong Siwu decoction combined with hollow nail steel tension band is effective in the treatment of patellar fracture. The curative effect is remarkable, tbe fixation strength is reliable, the function is restored well, and the excellent and good rate is worthy of popularization.
