摘 要:阐述了VIEC技术的归属变迁、基本技术特征及其技术演变过程,重点针对最新一代"长矩形"流道VIEC技术产品在最小单元结构、组件供电方式、组件安装方式以及电极绝缘涂层等方面的技术改进进行了详尽分析。在此基础上,通过两个典型工程应用案例,分别介绍了VIEC技术在降低新建三相分离器的设计尺寸与加热温度以及提高已有三相分离器处理能力等方面的技术应用及其优势。在国内首次论述了如何建立带VIEC功能三相分离器的分离性能预测模型,该模型基于α、β两个无量纲因子,分别针对静电聚结和重力沉降过程进行了定量描述,为三相分离与电场破乳脱水一体化情况下的设备设计及运行提供思路参考。The ownership changes, technology characteristics and technological evolution of VIEC are elaborated, which was focused on the minimum unit structure, power supplying, component mounting and electrode insulation coating of the latest generation of VIEC technology. Based on above all, two typical engineering application cases were introduced to discuss its technology advantages of VIEC on reducing the design size and heating temperature of new three phase separator as well as improving the processing capacity of the existing three-phase separator. For the first time in China, the paper discussed how to establish the prediction model of the separation performance of the three-phase separator with VIEC function, which is based on two dimensionless factors such as α and β and do the quantitate description aim to electrostatic coalescence and gravity settling. It can provide references for the design and operation of integrated equipment that combines with three-phase separation and electric dehydration.
