民主悬置与权力失衡——当代中国政治社会中的民主集中制

摘　　要：民主集中制的实践困境表现为民主悬置和权力失衡,分析实践困境之成因,除了有革命理论"敌视"民主与国家理论"推崇"集中的理论根源,还有政治社会生态的现实渊源。为切实推进民主集中制建设,应重申人民民主,发展党内民主,改善行政民主,推进协商民主。The practical dilemma of democratic centralism shows democratic suspension and power imbalance,analyzing the cause of practical dilemma,in addition to the theory roots of the ' hostility' on democracy from revolutionary theory and the 'promotion' on centralism from State theory,there also being the real roots of political and social ecology.To promote the construction of democratic centralism,people's democracy should be reasserted,inner-party democracy developed,administrative democracy improved,and deliberative democracy advanced.
