摘  要:采用水热合成法制备系列CdIn_2S_4光催化剂,并通过XRD、UV-Vis分析手段对上述催化剂进行了表征。CdIn_2S_4是具有立方尖晶石结构的半导体光催化剂,当n=0时,吸收边约为550 nm。将CdIn_2S_4光催化剂应用于光催化分解硫化氢制氢,实验结果表明,当n=0时,CdIn_2S_4具有较好的光催化分解硫化氢制氢性能,制氢速率为245.6μmol/(h·g)。A series of CdIn2S4 photocatalysts has been synthesized by hydrothermal method. The physical and photophysical properties of the CdIn2S4 photocatalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction,UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectrum. CdIn2S4 could form semiconductors photocatalysts with cubic spinel phase. The absorption edge of CdIn2S4 was 550 nm when n = 0. CdIn2S4 series photocatalysts were used in the photodecomposition of H2S to H2. When n = 0,the highest photocatalytic activity was observed on CdIn2S4 with the rate of H2 evolution up to 245. 6 μmol /( h·g).
