摘 要:测定了吉林省通化山区自然生境下3种白檀资源在不同光照强度(PAR)下的净光合速率(Pn)值。利用二次项回归与弱光(≤200μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1))下的直线回归法分析光响应曲线,计算出光饱和点和光补偿点等相关生理参数。结果表明:3种白檀资源的光饱和点分别为1 125,1 250,1 300μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1);光补偿点分别为152.25,127.69,101.31μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),均具有较高的光补偿点和光饱和点,适应强光能力比较强,属于阳生植物。The photosynthetic rate( Pn) values of three kinds of symplocos paniculata resources under different light intensities( PAR) were measured in the natural habitats of Tonghua Mountain in Jilin Province. The photoreaction curves were analyzed by linear regression method with quadratic regression and low light( ≤200 μmol ·^-2·s^-1),and the related physiological parameters such as light saturation point and light compensation point were calculated. The results showed that the light saturation points of the three kinds of symplocos paniculata were 1 125,1 250,1 300 μmol·m^-2·s^-1respectively,and the light compensation points were 152. 25,127. 69,101. 31 μmol·m^-2·s^-1respectively. They all have high light compensation point and light saturation point,which have strong ability to adapt to strong light and belong to heliophyte.
